Description

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Google Drive/Docs
- Manage Helpscout (customer service email platform)
- Manage and organize Kajabi (or a similar CRM platform as they may be switching soon)
- Manage Zapier
- Manage Apple Connect (won't be doing any coding, strictly App Store management)
- Manage Google Play Console (won't be doing any coding, strictly Google Play store management)
- Manage Test Flight (App testing)
Requirements
- Experience in project management/customer service lead (a plus)
- Detail oriented
- Strong skills in organizing data
- Excellent communicator and ability to interact with customers
- Tech-savvy
- Intuitively organized
- Detail oriented
- Self-starter
- 20-25 hours per week (may increase depending on workload)
- Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific Time Zone
